Incoming Mail (IMAP)

Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 993
Security: SSL/TLS
Username: you@yourdomain.com

Outgoing Mail (SMTP)

Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 587
Security: STARTTLS
Username: you@yourdomain.com
Your password is the one provided by your administrator. Forgot your password? Reset it here or contact care@dic.net.

Setup Instructions

Outlook should auto-detect your settings. If it doesn't, follow these steps:

Open Outlook

Go to File > Add Account (or Info > Add Account)

Enter your email address

Type your full email address and click Connect

Choose IMAP

If prompted for account type, select IMAP

Enter your password

Use the password provided by your administrator

If auto-detect fails

Click "Change account settings" and enter the server details shown above manually
